Old Country Quiche

| 1/2 c. chopped onion |
| 2 Tbsp. butter |
| 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled |
| 1 c. (8 oz.) Wisconsin Swiss deli cheese, shredded |
| 2 Tbsp. flour |
| 3 eggs |
| 1 c. milk |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| pinch of nutmeg |
| 1 baked pastry shell (9 in.) |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion in butter. Toss onion, bacon and cheese with flour.
2. Beat eggs; add milk and seasoning. Stir in bacon and cheese mixture. Pour into baked pastry shell. Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 min. or until center is set.
