Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable Skillet

| non-stick cooking spray |
| 1-1/4 c. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces |
| 3 c. chicken broth |
| 3 c. MinuteĀ® White Rice, uncooked |
| 1/2 lb. (8-oz.) pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut up |
| 1 medium red pepper, cut into strips |
| 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed |
| 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper |
| 1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
| 1/2 c. French fried onions |
Directions:
1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 2 min. or until no longer pink.
2. Stir in water. Bring to boil. Add rice. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 min.
3. Add all remaining ingredients except onions; mix well. Cook until cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with onions.
